Description via Steam:

Toward The Ice is a classic first-person party-based dungeon crawler RPG with grid-based movement, turn-based combat, and random encounters. It can be described as a gridder, blobber, and a DRPG where you navigate zones fighting monsters, avoiding or disarming traps, finding treasure, and completing quests to reach the next area.

Build your party of six from any combination of characters from the ten classes including the new Valkyrie, Skald, Berserker, and Runecaller, or start with a pregenerated group if you're in a hurry to begin your adventure. Explore more than a dozen maps, gathering items and equipment along the way and learning about the strengths and weaknesses of the monsters you will fight.

Features an original soundtrack of MIDI-style music by Bloodless Mushroom.

Toward The Ice is a standalone sequel to Into The Inferno, Navigating The Labyrinth, and Crossing The Sands and you do not need to play the previous games to enjoy this one completely.
